Mr. Bauer was born and raised in Longwood, Florida. He graduated from the University of Florida in 2014 with his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Agricultural Business.
Mr. Bauer then received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Stetson University College of Law in 2018, graduating Cum Laude. During his law school career, Mr. Bauer served as a federal judicial intern for the Honorable Charlene E. Honeywell in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and as a law clerk to the Honorable Thomas Minkoff of the Florida Sixth Judicial Circuit Court. Mr. Bauer also worked pro bono as a Volunteer Income Tax Assistant (VITA) helping low income individuals with their income tax returns.
Mr. Bauer then attended the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he obtained his LL.M. in Taxation in 2019, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
Mr. Bauer is licensed to practice law in Florida as a member of the Florida Bar. He is also a member of the Sarasota County Bar Association and the Young Lawyers Division of the Florida Bar.
Outside of the office, Mr. Bauer enjoys spending time with his family and friends, the outdoors, and playing sports.
